Absolutely! All employees of the Frank Doolittle Company are members of IUPAT Local 1094 here in Seattle. We are proud to work jointly with our Union brothers and sisters to provide top quality, custom designed products to meet your specific needs

1) Our business is strictly Labor Unions, which means that our skilled staff understands your specific needs. We are capable of locating Union and USA made products, and our union artists are at your disposal to create terrific looking designs free of charge.

2) Our business is national, which means we work with factories all across America. The business relationships we have formed over nearly two decades afford us top quality products with quantity pricing that we are then able to pass on to you, our valued client.

3) Our business is comprehensive, which means that we are able to meet a huge spectrum of your purchasing needs. This ability to supply you with various products saves you valuable time that you can devote to more important issues and activities. Instead of calling four, six, or ten vendors to purchase your required products, you can call just one—us.

Because the nature of our business is “one-of-a-kind” projects for hundreds of products, we do not produce a standard catalog. Our most commonly purchased products, as well as many of our most popular designs, are featured here on our website. Your sales representative will gladly provide additional product information and custom design options to meet your specific needs.

The nature of our business is custom work, so each project is unique. We handle hundreds of products, and the price of each varies based on the product itself, the quantity ordered, and the type of imprint. Call us toll free or fill out the Contact Us form, and one of our sales representatives will provide a written quotation based on the exact specifications of your project.

Minimum quantities will vary by product category, manufacturer, and type of decoration. Your sales representative can provide this information over the telephone and assist you in choosing the appropriate quantity to fit your project needs and budget.

The standard production times have been approximated by product, but we do our best to accommodate all rush production requests. Your sales representative can confirm how quickly a specific item can be produced, and once we provide a rush production schedule, we guarantee delivery on or before that date. Please note, however, that rush charges and/or expedited shipping charges may be incurred for such orders.

Whenever feasible, we provide a "finished sample" or "pre-production proof" of your product for final approval prior to your order being produced. In most instances, baseball caps and other embroidery projects come with finished samples or embroidered swatches. Lapel pins are another example for which pre-production proofs are standard. Your sales representative can provide the appropriate information for your specific project.

Shipping costs are determined by the rates of our preferred union carrier, UPS. The cost is based upon the packaged weight of your specific shipment. We cannot quote exact shipping costs in advance since we do not know the actual weight of your shipment.
